MemorialCare MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises funds for MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center, a community-based, nonprofit hospital in Laguna Hills, California.

More than 50 years ago, a newly formed and growing retirement community recognized the urgent need for a local hospital. The response was remarkable. Land was donated, physicians contributed equipment and time, and residents went door-to-door collecting donations. This powerful grassroots partnership led to the hospital's opening in 1974. Since that day, MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Foundation has remained a steadfast partner in health care, helping the hospital grow into a regional leader in compassionate, leading-edge care.

Today, MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Foundation continues to connect with generous individuals, corporations and partner foundations to invest in Saddleback Medical Center's future. Over the decades, more than $290 million has been raised to support life-saving technology, enhanced patient care and world-class facilities.
